Directions to Clarens from Johannesburg to Main Street:

  • Follow the N3 Durban bound to the town of Warden. At Warden take the Bethlehem off ramp and follow this road to Bethlehem.
  • On driving into Bethlehem, follow the signs marked Durban (N3) and drive out of Bethlehem.
  • 6 Km out of Bethlehem take the turn-off to your right marked R711 Clarens.
  • Follow this road to Clarens. The Main Street will be on your right hand side.

Directions to Clarens from Bloemfontein to Main Street:

  • Take the N1 northbound to Winburg. At Winburg turn into the N5 and follow this road through Senekal and Paul Roux and into Bethlehem.
  • In Bethlehem follow the signs marked Durban (N3) and drive out of Bethlehem.
  • 6 Km out of Bethlehem take the turn-off to your right marked R711 Clarens.
  • Follow this road to Clarens. The Main Street will be on your right hand side.

Directions to Clarens from Durban to Main Street:

  • Take the N3 northbound to Harrismith. At Harrismith take the N5 over the Wilge River, cross the four way stop and turn left into the R712 just after the second river you cross.
  • Follow this road past Phuthaditjhaba and through Golden Gate National Park to Clarens.
  • The Main Street will be on your left hand side.

Directions from Main Street to Bella Vista:

When driving up Main Street, turn right before the Protea Hotel (van der Merwe Street) and continue until the next block. Bella Vista is on the corner of van der Merwe and Church Street.

Directions from Main Street to Titanic View:

When driving up Main Street, turn right before the Protea Hotel (van der Merwe Street) and continue until you find Titanic View as the last house in van der Merwe street, on the left – next to Bella Vista. At the gate – phone the number given to you and the gate will be opened.
