Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
  • 50% deposit to confirm booking
  • 1 night stays (weekdays only): 100% deposit.
  • No same day bookings.
  • All bookings must be confirmed and paid. At least 24 hours before check in.

Cancellation policy: (must be in writing)

  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit. NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT 100% OF BOOKING TOTAL-NO REFUNDS!
  • FULL  AMOUNT MUST BE PAID BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Titanic View:  

  • Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
  • Staff cleans around 10h00. 
  • NO PETS  &  NO SMOKING in the rooms (R1500 penalty) in the rooms
  • Early check-in & late check must be arranged with Management before 
  • You will be billed for any breakage, damage to the property. Titanic View takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to either persons or belongings incurred while staying at Titanic View. 
  • No parties at all. 
  • The facilities of Titanic View are ONLY available to paying guests. 
  • Please be considerate towards your fellow guests with regards to NOISE.  Noisy guests will be removed from the property without any refunds.
  • ALL KEYS TO BE RETURNED when checking-out at 10H00.  Check in time is at 14h00.
